Landscape-FusionA very small South Tampa backyard (typical) turned into a very usable space. Approx. 265 sq. ft. this small pool or spool (spa pool) has everything one needs to enjoy outdoor living life. Offset to one side of the yard, it allows for max use of the space. The approx. 330 sq. ft. french pattern silver travertine pool deck and straight edge pool coping gives this backyard a clean, simple, modern feel. With the soft zoyisa grass expanding almost to pool edges it gives the small space a vast, clean feel. The sunshelf in the pool adds a place of pause before entering the pool which has a max depth of 6 feet. No matter what time of year the spool is equiped with a pool heater that will have this oasis to 87 plus degrees within several hrs or less.

This technique allowed us to go through our client's house without making any damage.

Both the pool and the hot tub feature Valders Wisconsin Limestone coping. The pool also features an in-floor automatic pool cleaning system. The pool and hot tub interior finish is Wet Edge Prism Matrix Deep Sea Blue color. The pool decking is mortar-set full range Bluestone. The pool features 6 deck jets water features. Alair Homes ScottsdaleThis Mccormick Ranch beauty was remodeled from head to toe, inside and out. We gutted this home to bring in a more modern feel. The kitchen was updated with white shaker cabinetry, glass tile backsplash and gorgeous Calcutta marble countertops. We built a custom wall unit and added an over sized barn door to hide all of the components. The master bath was turned into a spa with the addition of a steam shower lined in Calcutta marble. The en suite bath was also updated with a steam shower lined in glass tile. A carrara accent wall was created for the gorgeous furniture piece vanity. We installed 12 inch distressed wood throughout the house. The landscaping was professionally done with artificial grass in the front, a paver driveway/walkway and tumbles travertine pavers for the courtyard.

US Glass Fence LLCThe clients wanted a fence that would not obscure the view of the pool or detract from the surrounding environment. Glass fence was the only solution.
The fence consists of small stainless steel posts that are set int the patio. Two posts per panel. The glass is 1/2" tempered glass, polished and coated with ClearShield for easy maintenance.
The gates are self closing with dampeners that prevent slamming.
