Mosswood condominium renovation
Contemporary Kitchen, New York
A dated 1960's condo was gutted to create a modern, upscale space. A kitchen wall was removed to create site line from one end of the condo to the other with windows a both end giving it an allusion of being more spacious. Custom cabinetry was designed to maximize space and storage in the small galley kitchen which is only 13' by 7'. A counter depth refrigeration with French doors was used to avoid crowding the small kitchen and allow for easy access. A cabinet had to be created to hide the stair case bulkhead and give the kitchen a seamless look.
