New Bay Window

The bay window on the first floor did not exist prior to the renovation, the bay at the second floor had a blank wall in the middle, thus a new bay was framed at the 1st floor and 4 new windows were installed here (5 other new windows elsewhere in the house). Windows are from Kolbe & Kolbe.
