For the Restaurant Sally's client wanted to create a rich, eclectic country house atmosphere to compliment the hotel’s notable entrance with it’s low beamed ceilings and open fires.
Sally chose an atmospheric and distinctive dark grey-purple for the walls which she lined with a striking collection of 20th Century painted portraits. The restaurant's chairs were upholstered in a rich palette of claret, plum and purple with banquette cushions upholstered in luxurious midnight navy mohair velvet. These elements combine to create an atmosphere which is welcoming, all enveloping & totally unique.
