The client wanted to get his home ready for sale. The living room already had the sofa, loveseat and coffee table in place, but the space lacked color and seemed empty. New throw pillows were added in order to bring in more colors from, one of client's artwork was selected and hung, and a new storage bench was added to the seating group in order to create a fuller looking space.
After staging, this house sold in 4 days.
