Beautiful reclaimed Parefeuille tiles from the Provence region in France. These reclaimed French terracotta tiles were originally used as ceiling and subroofing tiles in traditional farm houses in Mediterranean France. The tiles were laid in between oak rafters and served as ceiling and a strong sublayer for the roof tiles to be mounted above. Vintage Elements reclaims these tiles and uses them for flooring and ceiling tiles. Although not often used as an outdoor flooring tiles, these reclaimed terracotta tiles will easily withstand moderate climates with light freezes. Their warm colors with nuances of pink, salmon, sand and red will instantly provide Mediterranean charm which can't be achieved with other flooring materials. Vintage Elements recommends yearly sealing to protect these tiles. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.vintageelements.com for more installation instructions, sealing products and care tips.

We were hired for Feng Shui, color consulting, and historic design advice on this charm filled 1920s condo in downtown San Mateo, California - in the Baywood District. The owner was planning to rent the condo out. We chose all the paint colors for specific Feng Shui reasons, but they were also historically appropriate for the building.

The entry hall was removed to lead to an open front parlor aka the living room which serves many purposes depending on the time of day and event. Modern living means flexibility and also not trying to do too much at one time. Mix and match products and styles to reflect your sense of style.

This house had a large water damage and black mold in the bathroom and kitchen area for years and no one took care of it. When we first came in we called a remediation company to remove the black mold and to keep the place safe for the owner and her children. After remediation process was done we start complete demolition process to the kitchen, bathroom, and floors around the house. we rewired the whole house and upgraded the panel box to 200amp. installed R38 insulation in the attic. replaced the AC and upgraded to 3.5 tons. Replaced the entire floors with laminate floors. open up the wall between the living room and the kitchen, creating open space. painting the interior house. installing new kitchen cabinets and counter top. installing appliances. Remodel the bathroom completely. Remodel the front yard and installing artificial grass and river stones. painting the front and side walls of the house. replacing the roof completely with cool roof asphalt shingles.
