Queens Apartments

Scandinavian Dining Room, London

Located in Bayswater in the heart of fashionable west London, Queens cinema was originally designed and completed by the architects J. Stanley & Clare in 1932. Designed in the popular Art Deco style of this period, the Queens cinema has continued to make it a prominent feature of this vibrant part of west London. Now converted into a residential complex, our team decided to retain the original features of the Art Deco style in the design and finishes in this apartment. Working with a subtle colour palette of greys and wood finishes, together with opulent soft furnishings such as velvet and textured linen, we have attempted to create a dramatic ambiance. By doing so we have updated this 1930s apartment for the 21st Century.
