TV Lift Cabinet by Cabinet Tronix
Gorgeous master bedroom has an amazingly beautiful view and interior designer and client agreed if you want a TV it has to be hidden with a TV lift cabinet system. There are a few pictures of not only the bed but also the view.
This is one of our favorite examples of foot of the bed use to hide the TV.
The TV is an 55 inch OLED LG flat screen. Their is a compartment that also hides the BluRay and cable box. The operation of the lift kit, TV, cable box, Blue Ray is controlled by a single Universal remote. Push one button and TV, electronics turn on and rise at the same time. Client also uses Apple TV, Roku and their smart TV together to maximize viewing pleasure.
The furniture design made by Cabinet Tronix is called the Oceanaire. This one in particular has a very high end piano grade white lacquer finish. This is more expensive however the clients expectations were thankfully exceeded.
Cabinet Tronix who has specialized in high end furniture in combination with motorized remote controlled pop up lift furniture since 2002. These systems are made to order based on clients needs versus having units ready to pick from. This type hand holding makes it so the client can have any design, the TV size they want and understand the difference of what their decisions reflect the proportions of the furniture and its size.
Have a system particularly at the foot of the bed brings on a few instant situations. The client here wanted a component section to hold the DVD player. Now, I suggested against it as the furniture would be taller than the bed... however that is what he wanted. Most do other suggested ideas I propose with the DVD player so the furniture can be up to 4.5 inches lower.
Anyways, loved this project and client was so kind to provide the pictures.
These systems are popular in all aspects of homes such as room dividers, in great rooms, side of fire places, center of the room out side by itself and under verandas.
These are shipped all around the world to places like:

Taken from the nit and grit of city life along with charming and romantic elements comes Urban Glam. All the way down to the color we have shown what can be when you combine two very opposite styles into one. When creating the design we focused on a balance between the two styles with material choices and elements throughout the space.
The urban style is shown in a few select pieces, first is the custom shelf that was inspired by the Chinese symbol for the phrase “To Create “. This piece has straight, heavy lines and is done in a dark concrete gray color which gives it a great urban feel. It creates space for a few worthy pieces to be placed upon it but itself is the main art piece. The phrase “To Create” can be both urban and glam. It’s urban in the way that we’ve created the city and everything in it, from the buildings to the cars that drive on the roads. However, you can create something glamorous as well, so the meaning of the shelf supports both styles. The second urban element is the wall of acid etched mirrors. They have a nitty-gritty feel to them like that have been around for a long time.
The lighting element in this room is very glam, not only is the chandelier adorned with jewelry, amethyst and clear stones but the glam continues up to the ceiling around the chandelier with beautifully draped fabric. The tufted velvet headboard also screams glam in a romantic, luxurious way.
Other important elements in this Urban Glam room are the beautiful glass art pieces, the matching ivory beauty desk and bedside table, and the wool and silk rug that grounds the whole space.
The attached bath continues the glamourous style with upholstered walls and hand blown glass pendants in rich purples. The mirror above the sink is made from hand cut glass giving it a rough look but the pattern it is placed in a very elegant way.
By combining the nitty-gritty feeling of a city and a charming, romantic air we’ve created the concept Urban Glam. Since this space is in a high-rise condominium located in a downtown area it already has the Urban environment surrounding it and by making it luxurious and romantic it will also be comfortable to live in.

The master bedroom. Renovations include: new paint, new fireplace stone mosaic tile and hearth, wood ceiling beams, handscraped hardwood floors, new lighting (Drexel Heritage chandelier), new trim, and several floor plan changes (doors moved, etc.). The headboard and tv console were custom pieces for the space. The TV has a 24" articulating arm recessed into the wall for a flush mount. The bedside dressers were custom-painted for the space. Two-bedroom renovation in a 1920’s loft style building. A single large floating ceiling with perimeter cove lighting was built over the living and dining space to accentuate the extra tall ceiling height. The ceiling also serves to hide LED recessed lighting, speakers and sprinkler heads. Custom teak veneer doors are wrapped with blackened steel door jams and a blackened steel base reveal that match the extra-large aluminum windows. High gloss gray lacquer cabinetry was used in the kitchen as well as for the matching living room TV unit. In the kitchen, custom flush pivot doors on either end, built to look like part of the kitchen cabinetry, push open on one side reveal an office behind and on the other to reveal a rear hallway leading to a guest bathroom. White caesarstone countertops were used throughout with large porcelain tiles in the bathrooms. Engineered grey-washed rift and quartered white oak floors extend throughout.

Harwood was used instead of carpet throughout most of the home to reduce exposure to dust and allergens, as well as eliminate the need to use harsh cleaning chemicals. Area rugs hand-woven from organic wool and silk and colored with vegetable dyes and other natural materials were laid over the floors.
