This remodel went from a tiny corner bathroom, to a charming full master bathroom with a large walk in closet. The Master Bathroom was over sized so we took space from the bedroom and closets to create a double vanity space with herringbone glass tile backsplash.
We were able to fit in a linen cabinet with the new master shower layout for plenty of built-in storage. The bathroom are tiled with hex marble tile on the floor and herringbone marble tiles in the shower. Paired with the brass plumbing fixtures and hardware this master bathroom is a show stopper and will be cherished for years to come.

Bradford Design LLC
This is the most elegant and formal kitchen Bradford Design has created to date. Yet only a few steps through a paneled-finished interior refrigerator cabinet one will find a less formal, complimentary second kitchen with features such as “chicken wire” cabinet door fronts on furniture-like cabinetry. The kitchen has a custom Bradford Design range hood, an island designed to look like it is supported by furniture legs, and an especially large and dramatic wall built-in. All of the cabinetry - on each wall in both kitchens - were designed totally symmetrical and without a seam between cabinets on the same plane. Integrating the cabinetry crown molding with the architect’s integrate room crown was another design challenge that defines this room. A Bradford Design master vanity continues the “all white” theme throughout this new French home on the water.

The homeowners were eager to expand their living space to accommodate their family's needs for entertaining, hanging out & enjoying dinners together. They also desired to update the decor to match the rest of their beautiful home.
To create a more connected space, walls were removed and doorways relocated. Mom's office was tucked into a "hide-away" room in the corner.
A clean, neutral palette creates a peaceful space and allows for the owners to showcase their colorful art. Windows along most of the addition and ceiling sola-tubes fill the new space with wonderful natural light.

A fire in the laundry room of this home left the kitchen with a lot of soot damage from the fire and even more water damage from the sprinkler system. The homeowners had to see it as an opportunity to redesign their kitchen to create the kitchen they really wanted. They’d been dreaming of a “classic” look that wouldn’t age.
After eliminating a triangular bump into the back wall of the kitchen, the space has a much more open feeling. The traffic is able to flow better from the kitchen to the eating area and around two large islands. The hood became a great focal point of the kitchen and houses extra workspace, which allows for easy preparation of every day meals as well as food for entertaining.
We were able to achieve a unique, customized look by mimicking a door style the homeowner had once fallen in love with and using it in an inset application. With paint grade material and a Frosty White finish paired with black granite and white subway tile, the kitchen is timeless. Details are aplenty from an eleven foot wide hood to a refrigerator and freezer built into a nook, framed in crown, to tall glass display cabinets. The two large islands command attention and provide ample work space, including a clean up station with a farm sink flanked by two dishwashers.
Monarch Kitchen Bath & Home
Increasing storage was just one of the many challenges Monarch faced in the transformation of this small kitchen into a functional, bright open space. Monarch worked with the homeowners to design a kitchen that fits beautifully with their love of mid-century modern pieces and style. Quartz countertops with matching backsplash and white upper cabinets provide the perfect contrast to the walnut veneer cabinetry throughout. With additional storage available in a facing wall of white cabinetry, Monarch was able to incorporate a double oven, built-in microwave and pots-and-pans drawer.

J.P. Hoffman Design Build
These homeowners came to J.P. Hoffman Design Build, looking for a creative solution to a problem they were told couldn’t be fixed. We defied the odds with our Design Build process and redesigned most of this Colonial’s first floor. Space for an island was number one on the want list. In order to achieve that goal, we did what we always do, We listened. We listened to what our client needed, how they used their space and how they envisioned their space. Then we designed a creative solution that made that seemingly unachievable vision, a reality. We removed the wall between the dining room and kitchen and expanded the kitchen cabinets into the hallway, once used to access the bathroom and garage. We simply re-routed the flow to the garage, through the now opened-up dining room, and in the process, created a new hallway with a coat closet, mudroom bench and access to the powder room which we also refreshed. In the kitchen, we relocated the slider leading out to the deck. This allowed for more cabinets and the floor space for that dream island. Our carpentry team installed a new kitchen window and slider, while modifying the existing deck to allow for the change. We installed new flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures and more. We receive lots of inquires about increasing function within the first floor. This project is a fantastic example of how it can be achieved, without an addition.

Our clients came to us looking to remodel their condo. They wanted to use this second space as a studio for their parents and guests when they came to visit. Our client found the space to be extremely outdated and wanted to complete a remodel, including new plumbing and electrical. The condo is in an Art-Deco building and the owners wanted to stay with the same style. The cabinet doors in the kitchen were reclaimed wood from a salvage yard. In the bathroom we kept a classic, clean design.
