Resin exteriors decorative gravel floor screeding system was chosen as the desired paving system for a patio refurbishment at a property in Bishop Auckland County Durham. The concrete substrate was prepared by dust free diamind grinding to provide a key for the new flooring system. An 18mm aluminium trim was installed to the perimeter edges of the patio area. The prepared concrete substrate the area being 140m2 was then coated with an epoxy resin primer and left to cure.
The uv stable resin bound paving system was then installed upon the prepared substrate at a depth of 18mm. The colour of aggregate chosen for this project was rhine gold.
