Most of the time when we think of wine cellars, the predictable option is to make it appear that you have entered a space in Europe or Napa. But this project takes on a completely different story. Travel in time to the 1920's era of Prohibition. This creative wine cellar takes on a whole new twist. It is the perfect place to sneak away to enjoy some fine wine! Vintage Cellars
This stylish custom wine cellar in California was constructed off a breakfast nook in our client's beach house.
We took the best advantage of the limited space, installing a variety of wood wine racking types (including a convenient glass stemware rack).
This custom wine cellar in Huntington Beach, (Newport Beach area) California is a perfect example of how any space, no matter the size, can be made into a fully functional and beautiful wine storage solution. Custom Wine Cellars generally have no specifications other than a properly prepared room with vapor barrier and proper insulation. This gorgeous small wine cellar utilizes a custom glass and wrought iron wine cellar door with stained glass features throughout.
A glass enclosed small wine room requires boosting the cooling unit size often times because of lost heat and humidity. When using glass in your wine cellar, it is always best to use dual pane with a 1/4 inch gap. Vintage Cellars carries a variety of custom glass doors, custom wrought iron doors, and a combination of the two.
This small wine closet showcases the owner's collection beautifully. With a bit of wine case storage below, individual bottle redwood racking, full reveal bottle display features, and a small decanting and pouring countertop- this rustic small wine cellar will surely become your new favorite nook in your home.
This wine room in particular was constructed next to the breakfast nook in our client's beach house; a handy location for perusing and selecting wines.
Wood custom wine racks were used, along with an iron and glass custom wine cellar door in California.

Snake River Interiors
We love to collaborate, whenever and wherever the opportunity arises. For this mountainside retreat, we entered at a unique point in the process—to collaborate on the interior architecture—lending our expertise in fine finishes and fixtures to complete the spaces, thereby creating the perfect backdrop for the family of furniture makers to fill in each vignette. Catering to a design-industry client meant we sourced with singularity and sophistication in mind, from matchless slabs of marble for the kitchen and master bath to timeless basin sinks that feel right at home on the frontier and custom lighting with both industrial and artistic influences. We let each detail speak for itself in situ.

Rabe Innenausbau
