Exteriors are clad in Corten steel panels, applied like bent-up shingles that create changing shadows as the sun moves throughout the day. The effect recalls the rusted barns that dot the landscape in this area, and the dark color contrasts the bright interiors, with ceilings and soffits painted a particular “Magritte” blue to bring the color of the vast sky indoors.
