This 3-bedroom house was rented for years so the sofas were worn out and there were too many side tables and cabinets in the living room, making it appear cluttered and small. I removed all the furniture (apart from the beds) into storage and brought in fresh, contemporary pieces and wall art. The beds only needed dressing and I added bedside tables and lamps and updated the curtains into simple white ones to create more light. I kept the colours neutral - the result was a calming, relaxing and elegant feel throughout. The house sold within 3 weeks.
