Woodside Residence

WDA designed this modern pool house, office and guest house to function as a series of indoor/outdoor rooms, finding a unique connection to the surrounding site from each living space. In addition to site planning, WDA also negotiated the complex regulatory approval process in Woodside to realize our client’s vision. Green design measures include natural daylighting, passive ventilation, and specifications for durable, local materials.
