Greentree Kitchens Ltd

Greentree Kitchens of Llandudno Junction fitted a new kitchen for us. The start date was delayed for a week due to the sub contracted installer being unavailable. When the old kitchen was dismantled our mains water supply was inadvertently cut off for several hours. For two days our hot water supply was reduced to one running tap. There was a mix up with the drawings for the new kitchen resulting in part of it having to be removed and reinstalled. Unfortunately the installer was not available to do this for three weeks. In the meantime our dishwasher was wrongly re installed and did not work. The new sink leaked. A plumber was subcontracted to install a new central heating radiator. He arrived without the necessary parts so had to come back another day. The new radiator didn't work so he came back again to fix it. Subsequently our central heating system only partially worked leaving half the radiators cold. Despite several visits Greentree did not resolve this. With the help of of a British Gas engineer I managed to repair the problem myself. The kitchen cupboards are robust and with the exception of a door hinge that came apart are solidly built. Our kitchen is quite small and the job should have taken about a week but instead took about six weeks. We latterly decided to employ our own tiler rather than use Greentree. The whole experience was very disruptive and stressful

We would like to thank Mark and his team for designing and fitting our beautiful new kitchen. We really love it ! Right from the initial planning stages though to the completion of the fitting, Greentree have been most professional, efficient and helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble for the team and at every step of the way they made sure we were happy and satisfied and gladly altered any small changes we requested from the original plan. From possibly 2 or 3 other Companies, we know we made the right choice in Greentree. We will have no hesitation in recommending you. Thank you.A and R

I'd like to say how pleased I am with my new kitchen. Now I am using it fully I can appreciate the thoughtful design – cutlery and china within easy reach of the dishwasher, everything to hand when preparing food, and colours which are pleasing the eye. The lighting is very efficient without being over-bright. The new AEG appliances are of very good quality and I am particularly impressed with the combi oven. The fitters were excellent, clearing up each night before they left and making sure that the kitchen was just as I wanted it.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!! We wanted a large kitchen in a small space. This is exactly what we got thanks to the design skills of Mark Goodacre and his team. The Schuller range of units we picked spoke quality and this quality continued into the installation with the various trade professionals used by Greentree. There were some slight problems during the installation (only to be expected) but in the words of the fitters “there are no problems only solutions.” We now have a very user friendly kitchen, with every corner easily accessible and that looks fantastic, even better than we hoped, thanks to Greentree Kitchens who delivered on every aspect of our brief. From first visit to the Greentree premises , through design planning , build to completion this company was nothing less than totally professional and a great team to get on with . I would always use them again and definately recommend them .
