Couldn't have been more happy with the service of The Snug. They were so helpful and friendly with their advice and after care service.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They talked us through various products that would best suit our room. Installation was quicker than we expected and the little extras were a welcome bonus (glove and carbon monoxide detector). We will be using them again to replace an old wood burner in our study.

Everyone at the Snug have been extremely helpful, informative and courteous from initial advice and planning, to installation and commissioning my new wood burners. The winter is going to be a pleasure.

This is not the first time that I have given a very positive review in respects to The Snug Ltd., Ramsey , IOM. We were extremely pleased with the way they handled our purchase and fitting of a Morsoe log burner in our lounge . We have now purchased an outside ''cooker'' , the Morsoe Forno Garden Set , and have been equally pleased at the treatment we have received from Kim , Steve and their team , cannot wait for the cool evenings to get fired up outside . We take delivery on Thursday . Thursday evening will be spent practicing with our new purchase ! I have no doubt that we will be pleased with our purchase , Morsoe products ooze quality and they are represented and serviced extremely well by The Snug

When The Snug first opened in Ramsey in 2010 we bought. A Motso 7648 Woodburner We thought because of the layout of our room it was not possible to have a Woodburner. The Snug said and showed us the way so we ordered and within 2 weeks it arrived. Qualified Snug Installers fitted it and from day one it has worked hard each day in the Winter providing warmth,Regular servicing is essential to keep it in top condition.which again The Snugs own team provided it.. Excellent company who deliver a first class service. I had a new wood burning stove fitted which was very professionally done and has given great service ever since. Staff are friendly and very helpful and appointments are always kept. E mails answered promptly. All in all, a top class company.
