We hired Reflective AV to do a full complement of work at our new build in Battersea. We contracted and paid in full for work that has not been completed and ultimately were forced to go to another provider as Reflective AV were not able to start or complete any aspect of the work. This has been a most unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Whilst promises are made on regular repayments, this has happened far too infrequently with communication sporadic and limited. Legal advice has been taken but I am also keen to ensure this does not happen to any one else and ensure that Reflective AV will NOT be doing this to anyone else.

I have used Reflective Audio Visual three or four times in the last 2 years and always impressed with their extensive technical knowledge. They turn around quotes quickly, and their customer service has always been second to none. I am currently working on a development scheme and I have brought in Reflective at an early stage to help me with ideas and layouts. Highly recommended

After being reccomended by a friend, I appointed Reflective AV to carry out all AV requirements on a multi dwelling scheme I was undergoing. After speaking and then meeting with some of the team it became clear why they where recommended. 18 months on and the project now complete, I would like to thank the team and I would not hesitate to reccomend or use them again on my next project. The guys did a really good job. The requirement was to convert an old stone building into a cinema, which needed two elements - serious building renovation work and the installation of the cinema system. They found a great builder with knowledge of old buildings who did a great job of the construction work - and with a really impressive "look" for the finish. Then they sourced and installed the cinema projection system to give an amazing net result with great quality cinema in a building which retained its historic feel.

Installation and management of media/sound system for entire house. They spent time ensuring we were happy with the set-up and tweaked it where necessary, to meet our wishes. Follow-up was outstanding too.
