We have worked with Parham on several occasions - the first was for our basement conversion and the latest was for our side return extension. We are constantly impressed that he produces schemes that always maximise the potential of the space that we want to 'exploit' and truly reflect how we want to use the finished space. He listens carefully to our requirements and priorities and his drawings consistently reflect this. Importantly, he ensures that the schemes are deliverable within our budget. We have also worked with Parham to develop a number of proposals for commercial premises, where space and flow made a real difference to margins. Each had their planning challenges and his calm but realistic approach was incredibly helpful.

Parham and the rest of the 32 Design team designed and supervised the renovation of our house. It was a complete internal renovation/remodelling. Parham made the whole project a delight, to be frank. He is extremely calm under all circumstances, had a very good relationship with the builders and is an excellent designer offering innovative ideas every step of the way. My wife and I have recommended many friends to 32 Design. 5 Stars!

We hired 32 Deign to provide us with a concept design and budget for our project in July 2014. They came up with great ideas of how to extend our house and convert the loft which has increased the volume of the building by 50%. They did all the drawings including interior finishes, applied for planing consent on our behalf and dealt with all inquiries. We got the permission and the works are on the way. The architect has always made himself available and has taken every step to make sure that the works are on schedule and are within the budget. H S
