As of now, we are poised at the midpoint of our construction process. From the outset, during the design phase, Antonia was not only receptive to our ideas but also successfully managed to encapsulate our vision, while showing a conscientious regard for our budget. We were involved in numerous design iterations over a year, yet Antonia never made us feel as though we were squandering her time. The eventual design was aesthetically pleasing, featuring considered transitions that effortlessly blend the new elements with the pre-existing areas of our home. The construction phase introduced us to the inevitability of unexpected complications. Despite this, Antonia's responsiveness remained undiminished. More often than not, she was the first to put forward pragmatic solutions or provide valuable insights. Admittedly, a few of the subcontractors she recommended didn't quite meet our expectations. However, her own firm maintained a consistent level of excellent service. Furthermore, Antonia's approach to fees struck us as highly reasonable. She did not impose additional charges for the extra time devoted to certain tasks. Antonia is not only gifted with a superb eye for design but is also personally pleasant and honest, demonstrating a deep and comprehensive knowledge of her field. I contracted the services of this company for two change of use projects. They were very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and outlined what options I had. I was impressed by the research they did to find out about the local authority stats on crime, accommodation needs etc all of which went into the proposal. They talked me through what i needed to do to be complaint with regulations and sign posted me to other services. Suffice to say my C3 to C2 applications were granted. and I will definitely use them again
