We are an RIBA Chartered Practice with extensive experience in the design and construction of houses and associated projects for private individuals, as well as residential healthcare projects. We are located near Ely, having been in the Cambridge region since its foundation. We offer the full range of architectural services from conceptual and briefing stages through the key design phases to the administration of construction contracts and can put in place a full design team through long standing relationships with other specialist consultants. Norman Webber has been a partner or principal in private practice since the late 1980s. We are noted for straightforward and clear professional services with easily understood advice and support throughout any commission; we especially recognise the importance of this for clients who may not be used to undertaking construction projects. We undertake commissions for bespoke individual houses for private clients, similarly bespoke residential developments for private developers as well as challenging remodelling or enlargement of private houses for individual home owners. We always aim to foster constructive working relationships with local planning officers and building contractors. The majority of our commissions result from long-standing working relationships and personal recommendation from current or past clients.
