As first-time homeowners with a leasehold flat on council-owned land, understanding the planning process and getting permission for an extension was set to be a challenge, but Mackenzie and the team were knowledgeable, professional and always on hand to answer our questions right the way through. We got the permission, so thank you Extension Plans for all your work. Would definitely recommend.

We worked on the project initially with Kamila who was extremely patient with us, walk us through in detail of the process we have to go through and made excellent suggestion. We were very please with her help and the final output. During the planning application process, we received regular update and suggestion of what we could start doing for the next step. It was great not to have to chase them even once. I would highly recommend them.

Overall we had a good experience. The price was very competitive, Natalia and Kamila gave us helpful guidance on what was feasible and also on what would or would not be likely to be granted planning permission. There were some delays caused by an issue with clearance on our stairs which hadn't been addressed in early drafts, but this was eventually resolved (and without extra charge even though fixing it required additional drawings). They handled the planning process for us and it went smoothly.

The plans were excellent and done in a timely manner. The person who liaised with the council was very good and was proactive in checking how things were and chasing them up. Most impressively, they did not charge us extra for doing additional plans and liaison after the council initially refused permission. We got permission in the end.

Extension Plans UK is the best company i dealt with in my entire life. Very effective and efficient, keep us updated daily in regards to our project and do all the hard work from their end, we just need to sit and relax. Very professional and reasonable charges. Joshua,Philip,Rebecca,Franchesca, Cameron and literally all the staff have got a standardised process of skills and knowledge.

Great experience through the design and planning application process with Extension Plans. Kamila and Mackenzie have been great to work with, communicating effectively and regularly at every step of the way, from listening to my wish list and designing the space that would match that, through to helping me navigate the planning process for the first time (crafting the necessary party wall notices, liaising and negotiating with the planning officer on my behalf). I would highly recommend Extension Plans.

Mackenzie and the team at Extension Plans UK were always available on the phone and via email and were so helpful in keeping me updated on where we’re at with the project and chasing responses from our local council. I would definitely use the team again for any future projects.

We employed Extension Plans UK to draw up plans for our ground floor side extension and front porch, they also looked after the planning application from start to finish. A very professional company, made it easy to understand the process and to work with, the original plans were completed with no delays. Mackenzie Petcher (our dedicated appointed studio administrator), was always very helpful and quick to respond to any question(s) we had. Overall, Extension Plans UK have exceeded our expectations and we would certainly recommend them.
