We worked on the project initially with Kamila who was extremely patient with us, walk us through in detail of the process we have to go through and made excellent suggestion. We were very please with her help and the final output. During the planning application process, we received regular update and suggestion of what we could start doing for the next step. It was great not to have to chase them even once. I would highly recommend them.

Overall we had a good experience. The price was very competitive, Natalia and Kamila gave us helpful guidance on what was feasible and also on what would or would not be likely to be granted planning permission. There were some delays caused by an issue with clearance on our stairs which hadn't been addressed in early drafts, but this was eventually resolved (and without extra charge even though fixing it required additional drawings). They handled the planning process for us and it went smoothly.

The plans were excellent and done in a timely manner. The person who liaised with the council was very good and was proactive in checking how things were and chasing them up. Most impressively, they did not charge us extra for doing additional plans and liaison after the council initially refused permission. We got permission in the end.
