FBA were appointed on behalf of my client to undertake a commercial re-fit and regularisation project within the Kings Cross area in 2015. The old Victorian premises was located within the Bloomsbury Conservation area and therefore subject to close scrutiny by Camden Council Planners and Building control. FBA proved to be the right designers for this small but complex refurbishment. They provided an efficient and elegant solution for the client whilst working within the tight parameters of this tenanted site. As the Lead Project Manager, I found FBA to be innovative and cooperative throughout the design and construction phases, a factor which contributed to the project running smoothly from concept to completion.
