Engaging Anthony for our substantial renovation was a masterstroke. He worked with us on our design, assisted us through the application process and ultimately managed the contract for our build. Anthony was engaged to provide ideas on a redesign of a recently purchased house. We had clear ideas on what we wanted to achieve but were open to suggestions on ways to improve the aesthetic and usability of the house. Anthony's approach is extremely professional at all times and starting with taking a detailed brief he maintained contact throughout the creative stage which ended with the first pass of designs. He came up with options which were very thought provoking and opened our mind to what was possible in our space. Deferring to his greater experience we have ended up with a scheme which achieved our objectives but has been enhanced significantly meaning we are delighted with the end designs. We have found Anthony extremely responsive, respectful to our own requirements and very professional throughout and would recommend him. We hope to move to the build stage later in 2021 when the COVID world may not be quite a problematic as it is now!

Anthony did a fabulous job in designing and then project managing our build. He was very proactive and flexible in the design phase, making great suggestions about how to improve the layout and gain more space. He worked really well with our builders in the build phase, making sure everything ran smoothly and to time, and keeping us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend his services.

We used Inhabit Architecture for a double storey extension on our semi- detached house. Our house already had planning approval for a double storey extension (by the previous owners). However we weren't entirely happy with these plans so we contacted Anthony to see if he had any other ideas. Anthony came up with some new plans that have given us an ideal layout and much more space. Anthony also submitted our building regs. We have now had our planning permission approved and we are starting the build in a couple of months. We've been really impressed with the level of service, the speed of response and the quality of thinking that has gone into our project.

Inhabit worked with us to change our boring square box into the home of our dreams. Over a year of living in it and there is nothing we would want to have done differently.

Anthony of Inhabit Architecture provided a very high quality service when we required an architect to assist in a reworking of the ground floor of our semi detached. He was methodical in his approach and helped us develop the design that we were seeking by providing options and helping guide towards an effective design. He took on board almost throw-away comments and integrated them into the solution to ensure that even the smaller considerations were incorporated. We also requested a Project Management service and that helped reduce our stress levels during the build. The work completed on time and as expected. There were a couple of contingency costs but nothing that we could have expected Inhabit to predict. Every visitor praises the layout and the quality of our house. I would recommend Inhabit Architecture very strongly.
