“We chose Randa for our two storey side extension - a major project for us, as it meant almost doubling the size of our home and creating the space we hope to live in forever. With two young children and a plan to stay in the house during the build, we knew it would be disruptive and demanding, so we needed someone we could really trust. We came away from that meeting genuinely excited - for the first time, we had a design we knew we wanted to make happen. A build of this scale involves so many parties - council planning, building control, engineers, builders - and with busy jobs and small children we knew we couldn’t manage it all ourselves. Randa guided us expertly through the process. She struck the perfect balance of being friendly, efficient, and proactive. She understood that we weren’t always the easiest clients (radio silence for months at a time, scattergun ideas, over-ambitious requests!) but she handled it all with patience and professionalism. She kept us on track with reminders and nudges when needed, helped us filter through our many ideas, and always made sure the things that truly mattered to us were delivered. The build itself went smoothly, thanks in no small part to the comprehensive, detailed plans Randa produced. Now that it’s complete, we couldn’t be happier. Our home has been transformed in ways that have genuinely improved our day-to-day lives. We love being here and often look back on choosing Randa as one of the very best decisions we made.”
