Kevin found a practical way to fit in all the spaces we wanted, so our house functions perfectly for our family. He provided 2 very different design options so we could asses the costs involved. Even though we opted for separate rooms rather than too many knock throughs, there is still a feeling of space throughout the whole house because of the way the spaces flow into each other. The bathrooms are an appropriate size adding a feeling of luxury, the utility provides the ideal place to fit a salon chair for me to work from home, and we have the perfect alcove to store our coats and shoes without cluttering up the hallway. Kevin also had some experience and understanding of the planning process in my area, making the design process stress free.

Property team offered a competitive and modular pricing scheme to get through the planning stages from inception through to detailed plans. They've took over from a previous architect. Since then they've been out and took measurements and we've had Zoom/Teams calls to go through the design where we're able to add and remove items, talk through and visualise the options available. The guys are full of ideas and have a wealth of experience. On-line editing plans and spinning around the house in 3D view to see how things will look. Something our previous architect couldn't do. It's easier working with these guys remote than with someone who turned up and sat in our house. Looking forward to the revised plans being approved and getting into the detailed design.
