I bought a house that Frank had overhauled for one of his previous clients in Sunbury (loft and rear extension and modernisation of the whole house). The house is fantastic, and the design and drawings that he recently provided to me are thorough and professional. My friend is a structural engineer, and remarked that the design pack is similar to multi-million pound industrial projects - rare for a domestic house.

Frank has delivered a project that fully met the brief in renovating our Victorian terrace home. From the original discussions through the various stages of drawings, the planning process, build and all the challenges that came our way Frank has been receptive and responsive to questions and requests. We wanted to bring the outside in and the architecture has absolutely delivered that, we now have a light filled space that showcases the garden from our rear of the property kitchen. The loft conversion also offers great light and views out over the surrounding hills and fields as well as the extra space and rooms we needed. Agim lead the build and he and his team were great to work with, always seeking to provide the best solution and quality of finish possible. Overall the costs whilst certainly not the cheapest were kept to the agreed quote and budget despite challenges with inflation and additional costs incurred were more associated to additional work requested as the build progressed. Frank and his building team were asked to create a new loft as well as opening up the downstairs living space. They were detailed, hard working and very thorough in all their work and polite and courteous throughout the project. It took longer than expected but the end result is fantastic. Couldn’t recommend them enough and would work with them again with zero hesitation.

Having discussed our requirements with three architects we felt that Frank from Novate Architects had both the ideas and the team behind him to help us create our ideal kitchen. He listened to what we were saying and translated our thoughts into technical drawings and 3D plans. We are also hoping to build a two story back extension that is currently going through a painful planning process. Frank has been willing to change the plans to try to accommodate the planning authority and also found a planning consultant to help us.
