    “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

    “Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

    “My husband and I used Vaidas for our house refurbishment and extension project in Hatfield a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with his services and approach from start to finish. He obtained planning permission, dealt with building control and also supervised the construction on site. He was always easy to reach and was always patient and helpful in guiding us through our first project with the many questions that we had. I can thoroughly recommend Vaidas to everyone (and have done in the past) for their architectural needs. We've had plenty of compliments about our house and especially about our open plan kitchen and living room which opens to the garden from people visiting and I have always referred them to Vaidas.     “Harry and the team from My Architect have been great, they helped us through the whole journey of planning our home improvements, from concept to design to getting quotes. From the first day we spoke to them they have been incredibly professional and also given really useful advice on how and what is possible when ideas are floating about, such as what the extension should look like or where should the bathroom go. If anyone is thinking or planning about doing some work on your home, I can't recommend My Architect highly enough!”

    “The company has acted already for us on two major refurbishment projects completed at just under £500000 cost in the last three years and are now giving us advice on two other larger flagship properties we own to convert commercial space into residential where we as a private fund own a portfolio of property We have found them very responsive and have always given us very good advice along with project management and design in often complicated situations They helped us enormously in obtaining listed building consent and other planning uses for alterations on two of our buildings despite one, very difficult Council They have also suggested and appointed contractors for us and supervised them We have too found their fees reasonable and competitive so we have only very good recommendations to make about the company”

    “Emilie helped us with the renovation of our newly purchased home and we were very satisfied with the end result. She helped us navigate through some difficult choices of decoration and painting, had great teams of builders/painters/electricians/plumbers etc and throughout the entire process she demonstrated a very high level of professionalism. Emilie was always very responsive to email, would answer very quickly to email and phone calls and would come on site a least once a day, sometimes a lot more. We had a good idea of what we wanted but she allowed us to translate them in clear instruction for the builders. Emilie also came up with some great additional idea to brighten the house. She was also able to help us to execute the overall restoration at a very good price. I would recommend Emilie to anyone looking to start a new project in London. She understand what you need and how much you can spend and will make your dream house become a reality”
