Inter Urban Studios designed and managed a complete renovation of my flat in a Grade II listed building. This quirky building can bring the best out of a talented architect, and I was unfailingly impressed by Micah and his team's bold creativity and execution. I had some unusual requirements, since I was converting a two bedroom into a one bedroom flat, since I wanted to create a space that had a distinct social vibe, and since I believe that the UK in general has the worst feng shui on the planet. Micah and Eva translated my vague metaphors into concrete designs in surprisingly few iterations. Inter Urban expedited the planning and certification paperwork, and I thought they established particularly effective relationships with my contractor, kitchen company, and structural engineer. It's bizarre to work with someone for a year on a very personal project and not have anything negative to say about them, but that's where I am. Post-renovations, I've lived in my flat for six months so far, and the feel of my life is drastically improved. I did not know how much a talented and bold architect can change your day-to-day life.

Inter Urban Studios are a first-class agency. We used them for the design, programme execution and handover of our house renovation which has been nothing short of phenomenal. The team supported us through every stage of the process. The team looked after the programme management and contract administration of the whole build/delivery. Expectations were clearly defined up front and communications were clear. They were absolutely fair working with our contractors and suppliers - but tenacious in ensuring performance was executed to the highest standard. You want them on your side when doing a new build. The result - a stunning house that is a joy to be in.

We were after a knowledgeable practice that we could work with on a Passivhaus build in Chatham. Micah and the team at Inter Urban Studios were the perfect match for us. They understood the project-brief well and were very knowledgeable in sustainable construction. All in all a delightful collaboration and we would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Micah was one of the few architects who personally invested time into the design of my home remodelling project even before we had officially started the project. His thinking about spaces, lighting and function were really exciting and innovative; talking to Micah about my project was exciting and infused me with enthusiasm about the outcome.

Micah and team have provided great design and architectural service throughout our project, which included the construction of four new-build houses in Clapham London.

Our house is in an historic neighborhood and I needed an art studio that would accommodate my large kinetic sculptures. Inter Urban Studios designed a magnificent art building that fits beautifully on our special site! Its soaring interior of clear floor to ceiling walls is so inspiring. Dreaming up new concepts and then making new works comes naturally in this exciting space.

We have been working with Micah and his amazing team to help us transform our 1850's lower ground property in Newington Green. With their amazing talent and vision, have have transformed a small, dark, damp one bedroom property into a modern, light, beautiful, open plan two bed property with plenty of quirky features (Exactly as we wanted). We have polished concrete floor with underfloor heating, a vaulted wet room in the old coal cellar and pink concrete front steps. Its the little touches like this that has transformed this property into something amazing. Micah, knowing our love of cats has provided us with Neo Mint 'cat runs' to complete the property. Micah has worked tirelessly with us and the builder to ensure that the vision was recreated to extremely high standards - No area has gone without Micah's magic tough, and he has thought about every little detail. Micah and his team have always been available thorough-out the project for discussion, and he has been instrumental in finding innovative ways to ensure the build is kept within the very tight budget, and delivered within expected timescales. Inter Urban Studios redesigned our kitchen with a substantial extension. We wanted more than a standard side return extension and proposed a series layout that we would never have thought of. Having selected one, they worked up the design using highly original materials. Glazed brick, polished concrete and and a glass roof with sculptural bronze plated fins are principal elements but they also incorporated existing elements to preserve the 'memory' of the old Victorian kitchen- chiefly exposed red brick and the original range. The result is a space which is at once contemporary and 'timeless' - and dovetails perfectly with the house's more traditional spaces. Inter Urba Studios saw the project through to conclusion with great attention to detail which has resulted in a degree of design integrity. We are delighted on every level.

We have worked with Micah Sarut of Inter Urban Studios on the design and implementation of a side extension of our Victorian end of terrace house. Micah has been very enthusiastic and passionate from the start and generated many ideas that took considerations of the specific requirements from the council and neighbours. He was also listening and integrating our own ideas in the drawings. Micah has been very engaged in the project despite the relatively small project size. Planning permissions from the council were obtained smoothly. All details were considered from the outset and left little surprises during the actual construction. Overall, we are very happy with the final result and Micah's involvement throughout ensured a finish to a high standard.

We hired Inter Urban Studios to help us convert our loft into living space. The team was very professional, and added a healthy dise of out of the box thinking to an otherwise cookie cutter type project. Micah was always available to discuss things and provide advice and how to solve for particular results. We have recommended the services to our friends and would use them again if the opportunity arose.
