I used Ed from my planning drawings to help me with a planning application that I had that had been refused and then refused on appeal . I explained the situation to Ed and after a further discussion Ed advised me on the best route to follow . Ed submitted a revised application along with a letter to back it up and after waiting for it to complete the process I am delighted to say that Ed has managed to obtain full planning permission . I contacted Ed because I was having trouble getting my planning application validated, I sent him copies of letters I received from Ashford Borough Council and within days my application was validated.I wish I had seen his add sooner because I had already contacted a company called planning by design who charged me £95 to come and asses my application which which was done on Google earth and not personal visit to my property as discussed and I was quoted another £900 to complete my application which I declined on affordability issues. Ed quoted me £50 to complete what an absolute scholar, if your wanting anything to do with planning Ed is your Man.
