About Us

Architects Providing BIM building information modelling using CAD Autodesk Revit commercial and residential projects. Graham Cowe MCIAT (Chartered Institute Architectural Technology) has had a varied career path with experience in structural design, quantity surveying and architectural design. The use of modern building technology in conservation projects and contemporary building developments forms an essential part of Graham’s work. Richard Owen, BArch DipArch ARIBA (Chartered Architect). Building Conservation and attention to detail is a driving force behind Richard’s work ethic. Sustainability and eco building is in the forefront of building design. Influenced by Scandinavian building technology Owen Cowe joined forces in 1987 with a major Danish building company to build single and multiple dwellings in the UK. The dwellings were constructed with masses of insulation with triple glazing and heat pumps providing hot water and central heating. and ventilation techniques involving balanced and controlled air exchange. The technology gained in this period has provided a good platform for our involvement in sustainable design. We take as much care and attention to detail on small domestic and commercial refurbishments, alterations and building extensions as we do with major developments. Due to traditional competitive tendering and having all consents and building documentation in place before going to tender, Owen Cowe have been able to keep the construction cost within the client’s budget.
