I wanted to create a downstairs bathroom in the area of my understairs cupboard. Several builders inspected the area but told me I had no room for a shower. I was very frustrated because it was really important that I had a shower. I contacted Cathy, (the Space Magician) and after spending some time inspecting the area and asking me questions, she found a solution that worked perfectly, optimised the space and gave me my shower. Cathy was very sensitive to my needs and spent time carefully establishing what was important to me. I found her helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks to Cathy's help I have exactly what I want and I am so pleased and proud of how it has turned out.

We hired the Space Magician to create plans for both a ground floor kitchen diner extension and upstairs dormer for an en suite. Cathy was very creative yet realistic with the brief to take into consideration the conservation area limitations we were in as well as the Space we had available in a bungalow! Once we had agreed the plans, Cathy managed the planning application for us and we obtained permission for both. The en suite is now complete and looks fantastic! Would certainly recommend or work with Cathy again.

We hired Space Magician to draw up plans for our kitchen extension. They were extremely professional, creative & very responsive to the brief we gave them. After the plans were prepared, Cathy expertly navigated the planning process on our behalf gaining planning permission and is now working positively with our builder to progress our plans to the next stage. Would have no hesitation in recommending.
