Marc at Studio Four Point Ten was recommended to us as being an architect who goes the extra mile, and he did not disappoint. Our project was a two-storey extension, loft conversion and complete home renovation. From our first meeting he listened intently to our requirements and made some great suggestions that we hadn’t thought about. Marc wasted no time in presenting us with a stunning design that encompassed all our needs and more and he ‘hit the nail on the head’ with his first draft. Marc has created a seamless design linking old with new, maximising our living space whilst capitalising on our amazing views. What’s more, our plans were passed by the planning department without any issue or delay, which, for us, was priceless - time is money after all! The designs over delivered on what we had asked for and got us to think and feel very differently about our home. They really brought to life the plans with great renders and visualisations as well as wonderfully curated examples of things that have been done. It meant we knew very clearly what we would be getting and the different options that we could consider. Most importantly Marc also ensured that the actual physical build out delivered on the plans. He was frequently on site and built a great relationship with our contractors ensuring that any problems were often solved before we even knew about them. His attention to detail and desire for us to be happy with the outcome was clear throughout the process and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Our space has been transformed creating the extra comfort and functionality that we wanted. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Studio four point ten again in the future.

Really superb team. The designed concept designed was well beyond my expectation with an exceptional attention to detail. The build is underway and it's amazing seeing it come to life!
