Studio Reach has steadily grown from straight forward planning application and design consultancy, to what is now a firm that can offer a wide range of construction services to meet the needs of clients from the first concept to the completed project. We are a family run business that own a number of developments. Studio Reach have now successfully completed 4 projects for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! We dealt with Jack who’s communication and enthusiasm is fantastic and we thank you very much for the work done so far.

We worked with Jack along side Claire Totman Designs to draw up plans for a ground floor extension, first floor dormer extension, loft conversion and various alterations to the internal layout on the first and second floor. I would not hesitate to recommend Studio Reach to friends and Family. We are very pleased with the plans for the project and are about to embark on the build. Jack has been very professional from the first point of contact and communication has always been excellent.

After being let down massively by a local architect with our house plans. Jack from Studio Reach accepted our request to work with us, to produce plans for a ground floor extention within a very short time scale. He travelled form London to Northampton where he listened to our requests and ideas then expressed his professional opinions. He gave us back hope and reasurance that our dreams will come true. Jack was true to his word, adapted his work pace to meet our timeline (plans and submittion was made within a week). We would highly recommed Jack, he showed exceptional knowledge & communictaion, understanding, enthusiasum and excellent people skills!

Studio Reach worked on our development project in Northampton and gave us options of 4 and 5 plots. We were incredibly happy with the outcome and the attitude Jack had towards the project. The drawings were easy to read and his communication was on point.
