London Based Architecture Studio Delivering Affordable Design Services

Terrence’s mission is to provide affordable design services for homeowners. This is made possible through a proprietary library of designs that we apply to typical UK housing types. These allow us to develop proposals quickly and have drawings ready for planning or tender within weeks. Our designs aim to minimise unnecessary construction costs. We do this by working with the existing footprint as much as possible, reducing structural work and the volume of new materials. On our website, you can find cost estimates for a range of common renovation and extension projects.

We started a full renovation of a large terraced house in London, including a ground floor extension to the back and side. This is our first ever building project, and we have been so grateful to have Oli there as our architect ever step of the way. Very professional and high quality service, great communication, Oli has put our minds at ease. He's very easy to work with, produced excellent plans and has also been extremely helpful liaising with our builder and guiding us through the process. Highly recommended.

We worked with Terence in 2022 on a major refurbishment (engineers, party wall surveyors, glass extension etc) which was completed in 6 months. Terrence provided a great service and drawings were turned around very quickly. The Company navigated a very complex planning process, including an appeal, that had lots of objections. We wanted a home, centred on the kitchen and an "inside outside" glass extension for eating. The project came in on time and on budget.
