“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. I would highly recommend her for any project!”

“I have used Charles and CBD Designs for two projects. The first was an addition to our home adding a master bedroom, master bath, and family room. The second can be seen here on Houzz. It was a kitchen remodel. See here: https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/120364483/list/nashua-kitchen-2019-by-cbd-design-charles-okorie Charles is very detail oriented and professional. He puts his heart and soul into the project and is looking to make sure that the project goes as planned. He worked very hard to get the right cabinets in place as well as the design to my satisfaction. I can not be more complimentary of his work. The details of the project are included with the pictures. If you live in the Southern NH area or even in MA, Charles is a great choice for these sorts of jobs. Even to just get plans to get quotes, Charles is your man.”

David and Ellen helped us make decisions on everything from colors and surfaces to layout and appliances. They shepherded us through the construction phase with well thought out feedback and solutions when things were most hectic to keep the project moving forward and within budget. “Thank you Kate for helping us to brainstorm ideas, design and assist in creating our forever dream home with your thoughtful and mindful architectural suggestions! You listened intently to our vision to produce a structural design that would work with our existing home, built in 1985, and stay within waterfront protection restrictions and open up striking views of the water from nearly all directions. With new windows and wall of glass sliding doors, we can’t believe how much natural light has been added to our home. We wake every morning seeing and feeling the warmth of the sunrise to start our day peacefully, calm and stress free. We now feel so connected to the outdoors, being able to view all the wildlife in their natural habitat. Many of our neighbors also comment on how beautiful and tastefully done the exterior of the home is and how it continues to fit into the charm of the Henniker area despite the large additional footprint.
