“Se have not started construction yet, but HKH Architects provided us with plans that we envisioned, and worked with us to achieve our goals for our addition. The meetings were punctual, and the documents were prepared in a timely fashion and within the estimated budget. We would definitely go with HKH again for help in designing our next project.”

“My wife and I hired Peter to re-design our house on the Sassafras River. The re-design included an entirely new second floor as well as a total remodelling of the first floor. Completing this project was more difficult than might ordinarily be the case becuase of zoning and critical area regulations and my wife's disability. Not only was the design spectacular, but Peter was of great assistance in helping us comply with those regulations, choose a contractor and resolving the unforseen problems that are part of any major renovation. The end result: a beautiful weekend home that was delivered on time and within budget.”

“We hired Jeff to develop a design for the remodeling of the downstairs of our then 80-year-old house. He did a superb job of designing a new entry, rearranging the flow of the house, and integrating the best aspects of the house's existing features, Jeff was attentive to our needs and desires. He as also cognizant of our budget. Our neighborhood organization has an annual contest that awards prizes for the best designed home improvements, and Jeff's redesign was selected as the best for that year. We subesquently had Jeff design a replacedment garage and then design the remodeling of our upstairs rooms. On all our projects, Jeff was involved from the design to the construction supervision. He did a fabulous job, and we would recommend him highly.”

“Michael Dolce provided us with plans for a home addition with a deck that exceeded our expectations and provided best cost options. I feel his experience gave us options that we had not considered. He listened to our wish list and designed the addition including all of the little details that I wasn't sure would be possible. He allowed for the addition to take place in several phases as our budget would allow. Mr. Dolce was professional, efficient, and paid attention to our requests.”

“Mark was able to come in and get his redesigned plans through one of the most difficult Architectural Site Review Boards in all of California when our original architect was not able to finish the job. This custom home met all of my needs. Mark was able to translate my verbal descriptions of my design ideas into a cost effective, buildable product. His understanding of how to best utilize this tricky job site made a great difference from other architects that were engaged in the project. This project could never had been done without his guidance and expertise.”

“We had the opportunity to work with Eli this past year on remodeling our bathroom. He helped turn our one bathroom into two by cutting into our walk-in closet and also a bit into the master bedroom. The master bathroom is laid out so you enter through the walk-in closet. Being in the city where space is tight, he was able to make two elegant contemporary bathrooms feel spacious in a small area. The looks are absolutely stunning and he has already started plans on our kitchen. His plans were easy to read with a full listing of all the fixtures we needed to order to complete the job. He makes himself available if you need to follow-up with him while the project is in progress if changes need to be made.”

“I am working on a 1920's deco building in Historical Fells Point, Md. My luck of finding the right people to work with has not been very good due to the fact of not having an Architect. Since I hired John, the project has once again continued and I can see the finished line. He is such a pleasure to work with and has a wonderful style, personally and in his designs. He is extremely creative, working the old into the new. A great example is his personal home/office, an old boiler building. Most important, we work as a team which makes this once again a pleasurable.”
