“We had the pleasure of working with AnaMaria Stanomir when we were renovating a 1927 home in Forest Hills Gardens, New York. We initially thought the projecting was quite daunting being that the originals owners of the house did not fix anything in the last 40 years that they lives there. We did a gut renovation with the help of AnaMaria. She paid meticulous attention to details and made a very professional blueprint. She worked closely with the contractors in guiding them though the process. She was easy to get along with which made the process hassle free and interesting. She made creative suggestions regarding fixtures, tiles, and overall design. We didn't have to be on site as much knowing that she was in running everything so smoothly. She had great taste and a wonderful flare for design. She went to many of the stores with us to pick the tiles. She knew exactly where to go and what to hone in on. We will gladly hire her for the next project we have. For now, we are living in our beautifully and tastefully restored 1927 home and loving it thanks to AnaMaria”

“We took a 1950's house down to studs. We have built and renovated several homes in the past, though this project was in many ways the most difficult. We provided Harry and his team with our wish list and they delivered! Many renovated homes resemble the former house. We wanted a new home within the old skin. They did it! Harry's services included helping us select a contractor to selecting the interior finishes in the house. With their help we have a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.”

“We worked with Alex for approx. 2 years on our project which was just completed in July 2013. We own an 1875 Carriage House that we were looking to update, renovate and expand to modern specifications. From start to finish I felt like our dream project was in good hands. We basically tore down 75% of the original structure, renovated the remaining 25% and expanded up adding a lot of second floor living space. We found it a pleasure to work with Alex and our builder found the same thing to be true. We would recommend ADL III highly. This project totaled approx. $600,000.”

“I bought an old house on the harbor in terrible condition. I was dissatisfied with the first 2 architects I consulted. I then hired Vince Colangelo of Colangelo Associates Architects. I am extremely pleased with the house and with the experience of working with Vince. I cannot speak highly enough about it, but I have recommended him often. He is exemplary in every way. He is both very creative and practical (having been a builder) - a great combination. The breadth of his knowledge of every aspect of the job (doors, windows, zoning, drainage - you name it) was pretty amazing. He was always quickly responsive, and the opposite of a prima donna. This was my first time doing such a large project and I felt most comfortable assembling a team. Vince was a willing collaborator at all times. Excellent work. Extremely pleasant guy to work with. Always fair in his billing. My very highest possible recommendation. If you have a job and you don't at least talk to him - you're making a mistake.”

“Scott did a total remodel of a 1906 house in 2008. He did a brilliant job utilizing existing space, duplicating original molding, doors and windows, and turning our house into a total "Jewel Box". Its the fourth remodel I've done and there was not one argument or disagreement. Scott's attention to detail is superb, the subs he works with are craftsmen, he was on time and really worked to get the best quality for the price we were spending. It was such a fun year doing this project and I would highly recommend him.”
