“Villamar took over the design and project management of our home in early 2017 after we had difficulties finalizing the design and project cost with another firm. Villamar provided an accurate and transparent cost estimate which they followed through on. Specifically, Duane Ensing worked through the design details with us, enlisting the interior design services, where appropriate, of Lisa Dunsmuir (OneStep Design). We were happy with the design process and the effective problem-solving approach used. The site superintendent for the actual construction project was Drew Mackie. His attention to detail, to quality, and to ensuring we were satisfied with the outcome was his focus when working with us. His integrity is impeccable and allowed us to feel that our project was in reliable hands. After living in the completed house for six months, we can recommend Villamar without reservation to design, project manage and construct your new home.”

Pamela Goijberg of Fish House listened to our initial ideas, added a number of additional suggestions, and then incorporated our preferences into a beautiful and functional floor plan. Throughout our collaboration with her, Pamela was thoughtful and very accommodating, and had a cheerful disposition at all times, making our planning with her both productive and enjoyable.”

“Petula was instrumental in designing a creative & beautiful garage. I loved working with her and putting my ideas together with hers. It was a positive creative process.
