"We met Keri as we were planning a kitchen renovation, screened-in porch addition and front porch portico addition which would require a variance from the local zoning board. “Light House Design was the architecture firm I hired for a major house renovation involving knocking down interior walls, adding a four season porch, moving a bathroom, adding a deck and front entryway, as well as new windows, roof, exterior siding, and electrical system. They provided a thoughtful and attractive design in keeping with the style of the house. They listened to our goals and suggestions and often incorporated them in the drawings they created. From her initial concepts and our inputs on what was important to us, she modified the concepts and prepared a detailed design for both rooms. We could not believe that we could have the remodeling that she designed! She is easy to work with and listened to our "wants". We are extremely pleased with her design, and she continues to proved support during the construction phase. Her costs were reasonable and a small part of the total project cost.”
