“The project was a bathroom remodel disaster that SDM Designs took over and made into a place of beauty, as well as safety and security. In short, Mr. DerMargosian was a lifesaver. He took over the languishing and ill-conceived project, redesigned it in a way that not only made practical sense but was beautiful; hired wonderful, skilled professionals who got the job done within the time specified and within budget, and held my hand through the whole project. He was there to ensure quality every step of the way. He attended to the infrastructure damage and problems with as much concern as the aesthetic issues. This was a relatively small project in the scheme of things, but he gave it his exquisite attention and was always professional, always kind and helpful, always available for contact. He's a magician with designing spaces of exceptional flow and originality, with an uncanny ability to elevate his clients' ideas to spaces of surpassing beauty. “Jessica Larsen is an amazing design professional. She brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and creativity to our house design. Before we started the project, we gave her a few photos of what we were looking for and she designed a beautiful structure that fits the site perfectly. The home is well situated to take advantage of the views and natural light, while also taking into account window placement for privacy from neighbors. The floor plan is efficient and flows very well, with comfortably sized room and with minimal hallway/wasted space. Throughout the design process, Jessica was very responsive to our questions and needs, and she was prompt with making revisions and changes. She has a cheerful attitude that makes it fun to work with her. I would highly recommend Jessica Larsen to my friends and family.”

“Alice Dodson designed a house for us located on mountain property in Buncombe County, NC, in 2016. We love the house plan she designed for us and recommend her without reservation! She met every deadline she set for herself, often completing ahead of her self-imposed deadlines. She is very creative and extremely meticulous in her designs. She exceeded our expectations based on work we have seen by other architects in this area. She collaborates skillfully and willingly with other building professionals in the process. She has many years of experience and you can see this in her work product. Her fees are fair and she is very easy to discuss fees, deadlines and design decisions with. She is very knowledgeable about all parts of the building process that are not necessarily a part of her architectural design. She is very cost-conscious on behalf of her client--frequently advising us of ways to save money that we had not considered.”

“Last year, we hired Mark Sinsky to design our dream home in Asheville, NC, while we are living in Houston, TX. Mark was very thoughtful about our desires and wishes for our home, while also being respectful of the property we had chosen and how to make the best use of all our spectacular views. We got so much more than architectural drawings and specifications. We appreciate all of the creativity, thought, and heart that he put into the design of our home. It's EXACTLY why we wanted him on our team, especially since we were hundreds of miles away from the construction which began last year. Mark made many visits to our home and kept us completely up to date on any issues that needed adjustments and worked closely with our builder. Mark has created a real masterpiece , that we will enjoy throughout our retirement. (I resubmitting this because the project price was incorrect). Houzz only gives the option to show the project is over 100k, but you can see from the pictures, the upscale beautiful homes that Mark specifically creates for each individual home, while staying within any budget restraints requested by his clients. As the homeowners, we appreciated his detailed drawings that allowed us to determine where best to use our funds. It was a very pleasant experience working with Mark, and would definitely highly recommend AND use him again in the future!”

Craig, the owner responded the same day to my phone call by coming to the actual site. They were extremely accommodating to our schedule for installation. Installation was quick, extremely tidy and on schedule. All the staff are passionate about the work and are very skilled. The work they have done for me have exceeded my expectations.”
