They have a deep understanding through all stages of the development process from best use of a site, financial feasibility, cost effective design principles, development approvals, Off the plan marketing, building approvals, tenders & project management. As a design consultant they are a key part of any development team. They do all the coordinating between all the required consultants to get your desired outcome on time and on budget. I am a big believer that good professional like to work with other good professionals and that has certainly been the case for my project. “Jo has been fantastic, is very patient and easy to deal with. Jo helped us with our subdivision and extension and a new garage of the existing house on a very awkward block, with difficult neighbours. Jo is very experienced in the rockingham area and explained the whole process. Her 20+ years of experience with council meant we were totaly confident we had come up with a plan that was compliant. Most local trades people and council know her and she has a reputation in the district as being a good operator. Highly recommend. Jerry, Shoalwater”
