“Excellent architect with an eye for maximizing space, working around space constraints and creating great flow, especially in the main living area. She designed a major expansion for us and was very attentive to our needs and what we wanted out of the space. Whereas some architects are too focused on design at the expense of practical function, Ying found the perfect balance for us. She handled all the bathroom design elements so we didn't need a separate designer for that and she helped guide the kitchen design, which I think helped to make these important spaces more cohesive to the overall plan. She was especially good at a floor plan for a busy family with kids and a home that is designed for entertaining. I also appreciated that she was available for consultation throughout the renovation process and even collaborated with our contractor on key elements like spacing and materials to be sure everything was done right.”

“Very pleased with work from Clawson Architects - Rene, Marvin and their team. Over a number of years they have supported 2 projects at our house - new bathroom, new kitchen and other changes that made the house meet our needs. In the last job, we had ambitious plans, they listened to why we wanted to do it and suggested a smarter, much lower cost approach that gave us exactly what we needed. One innovative idea that no one had suggested in 10 years of our living there until they and it saved me quite a lot of money. Their work is thorough and top notch.”

“Cindy was our architect for a tear-down/rebuild of our home. My wife and I found Cindy to be very insightful and creative, offerred us lots of options in design, and never expressed concern or hesitation in drafting or constructing some complicated elements we wanted in the home. She brought knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, but most of all comfort to a project which could otherwise have been a stressfull experience. The two concepts provided were cost effective for the client, and provided an aesthetically appealing design to the front of the home that matched the existing facade. The drawings were extremely complete and detailed as to make the permitting process with the township go smoothly. We look forward to working with John Conroy on future projects, and would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in architectural design concepts and drawings.”

“We hired Primiano Architecture to design an addition for our house. We had no experience dealing with an architect or doing a home improvement project of this magnitude. Primiano Architecture was recommended to us by an acquaintance. From our first meeting with Joe we knew he was the right person. He was honest, intelligent and most importantly he listened and made suggestions. It was a true partnership. Joe worked closely with us throughout design, township approval, choosing a contractor and final approval. We could not be any happier with how the project turned out. I would give Primiano Architecture 4 out 4 stars and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for an architect.”
