“Nous avons fait appel aux services de Rita Ghoche à l'automne après avoir hésité sur la question: 'prenons nous un architecte ou un désigner de maison?' Avec de très bons arguments , nous avons accepté de payer un peu plus pour avoir beaucoup plus. Nous ne regrettons en rien notre choix. Elle nous est arrivée avec de très bonnes idées, trois choix de plans de maison. Un, nous plaisait plus que les deux autres pour différentes raisons. Elle a bien cerné nos désirs , après nous avoir demandé ce que l'on voulait vraiment et lui montrant des photos en exemple de votre site Houzz , elle a bien visualisé nos goûts. Notre projet est toujours en cours, on prévoit y entrer à l'automne. Inutile de vous dire que nous avons bien hâte d'habiter notre maison de rêve, rien de moins. Je vous la recommande fortement si vous voulez habiter votre maison de rêve.”

“J'ai fais la rencontre de Luc Gélinas par l'intermédiaire de mon travail en 2010 et nous avons eu une très belle collaboration. J'ai donc procédé avec lui en mai 2015 pour la rénovation de notre résidence (1959). Nous avons ajouté une chambre au RDC, modifié la salle de bain, démoli la cuisine pour faire place à une cuisine plus ouverte, le salon, le hall d'entré et l'escalier arrière!! Nous sommes entièrement satisfait, les configurations sont parfaites et il a su répondre à nos besoins tout en créant un espace qui nous ressemble! Merci encore pour ton professionnalisme et ton écoute! I met Luc Gélinas as part of my job in 2010 and we had a very nice collaboration. I decided to work with him in May 2015 for the renovation of our residence (1959). We added a room on the ground floor, changed the bathroom, the kitchen was demolished for an open kitchen, new lounge, new entrance hall and rear stairs !! We are completely satisfied, the configurations are perfect and it met our needs while creating a space that looks like us! Thank you again for your professionalism and your listening! “Savard Architecte designed my new home; it is an ecological and hexagonal home. It was designed for the country by a lake with uneven terrain. It has many windows to let the light in as it is surrounded by tall trees. It also has an open mezzanine and cathedral ceilings. A separate two car garage and workshop was also designed.”

“Dino Nifakos has done 2 entire home renovations for my husband and I ...and he is amazing. He has a facility to see spontaneously what needs to be done and how to enhance the look of your home with simplicity brightness, originality and ambiance with the budget you give him. He also has a very practical sense of decoration and will make use of every space in your home/condo. He is fast, has a great sense of humour, very good listener, and just loves what he does. His goal is to respond to your needs, interests and costs Marie & Keith”
