I created an architectural 3D model of the existing home, and then Kevin, the client and I completed alterations to make the home more livable and modern while respecting the homes vintage detailing and construction. “We purchased a 1970, abandoned ranch on Cape Cod that ended up needing significant repairs. It was a total gut. Gerrit provided us with plans that not only met the strict zoning laws here, but gave us our dream home. He is very talented and very easy to work with. We met several times over a 6 month period, where he listened attentively to all our ideas and concerns and came up with solutions to everything. The house is beautiful!”

“We met Doug while searching for a new home. Our realtor recommended him to us. We knew we wanted to find a place in town and then renovate it. Doug actually worked with us on 2 posibilities that fell through and then with the 3rd which we bought. He did the leg work on all 3 with the town hall and the building inpector to make sure we could do the renovations we were thinking of for them prior to making an offer. While working with Doug on our plans we found him to be very professional - always willing to meet with us and incorporate the changes in the designs to meet our vision. Doug went above and beyond to make sure our permits were in order. He actually attended 2 different Town Building Design meetings with me to answer any questions they had regarding our plans. He gave us an estimate and stayed true to that .... He worked well with our builder and the job went smoothly. I would definite use Doug again in the future. WE LOVE OUR HOUSE !! It is exactly what we wanted -- thanks to Doug and our builder.”

“We've hired Aline to design and remodel our East Orleans home. So far (a few months into construction) they've been great. Lots of great ideas, excellent at incorporating our particular needs and feedback, very creative, fun, pleasant, and easy people to work with. Their work is clearly very careful and of the highest quality; they're actually resolving a lot of issues left over from previous, less-conscientious builders. We are confident that our house will be beautiful and more functional when they finish. This is a top-notch shop!”

“Joe Fournier did some great architectual design work on two large projects we did. A large remodel on one property and an almost complete rebuild on a second property. Joe acted as GC on the second job and did a wonderful job keeping things moving, helping us get good decisions made in a timely fashion and working closely with all the trades to ensure the work was coordinated and of high quality. The transformations to our properties were hugely successful and Joe was instrumental in helping us get to a place where the homes work so much better for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Joe's work (and already have several times).”

“Excellent response to inquiry about remodeling with suggestions for upgrades and renovations. They were respectful of the project and my ideas and thought carefully about my concerns. Their knowledge of local building codes and the permitting process was extremely helpful and gave me a foundation for making decisions about my project. Budget constraints on my part have been the reason I have not moved forward with the work at this time. However, I will move forward with Integrata should my circumstances change. The quality of their work and their expertise in environmental and energy saving issues is cutting edge!”

“Our experience with John Dvorsak has been fantastic from our initial meeting where we described the idea for the house to completion and his thorough follow up. John took somewhat vague ideas and brought them to life in a very collaborative way. He made sure we were aware and involved in all key decision points or recommendations that were made along the way which was comforting since we did much of this very remotely. John was also open when when we changed direction in certain design aspects and steered us in the right direction. In the initial stages and before the project started John took us to see other work he had done for very valuable reference points. It was also very reassuring that John was on-sight on a daily basis and it was clear that he had a very strong relationship with the builders who absolutely respected Johns work and direction. In conclusion John designed and ensured that our dream house was built and was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with along the way!”
