After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. “Jason Bradley and the team at Monarch Design exceeded our expectations with our facility design project. I was referred to Jason after having a terrible experience with another architectural design firm, and Jason was able to come in and quickly get our things going in a positive direction. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the entire project and he was able to come up with some creative solutions to challenging areas that we came across throughout the design phase. He also played a key role helping us identify the right engineering and truss company to complete our project, while playing a critical role in coordinating the various pieces of work from all parties. We've work with different design firms on previous projects and I can honestly say that our experience with Monarch Design and with Jason in particular has been the best to date. If/when we have our next design project come up, Jason will be the first call that I make.”

As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. I would recommend working with him and his team.”

“Dave Piches was a perfect fit for my project. There are many reasons to hire an architect but mine could be reduced to one large factor; creativity. Being a contractor for the past 23 years, I'm not new the construction process and I have rather high expectations. Couple this aspect of the situation with the fact that for years I had attempted to draw the plans myself as part of a creative outlet but could not bring all of the aesthetics in place as a comprehensive whole which had any panache. After Dave met with me and my wife, he took the plans I provided along with the ideas we stated and created an entirely different design. At first my feelings were a bit hurt that none of what I supplied was used in the final design, but as I went through his plans that faded quickly. He heard everything we requested and then added "wow" which resulted in a fantastic design that intrigues all that visit. Every detail I had described and drawn was used but in ways I had not imagined. If creativity is the order of the day, you'll be in good hands with Dave Piches.”
