Enter Steve – who saw the potential for our medium-sized space, and suggested things we didn’t consider. That’s why you hire a designer; he has the expertise to know how to configure a space based on how it will be used. From the materials to the cabinets, to recommendations for appliances, Steve was able to help us execute the vision we had for the kitchen into two other rooms. Given a choice between ‘making due’ with an inefficient existing layout, and going the extra mile to transform it into the heart of the house, we didn’t hesitate. It was worth the effort!”

“Our project was a Tubb's fire rebuild. While I had done some remodeling in the past, a complete home rebuild was very overwhelming. My home was completely destroyed, so basically we had a blank slate to work with. Travis was an amazing partner for the process. I kind of feel sorry for him, he had to deal with a complete newbie coming off of a traumatic disaster who wasn't really sure what she wanted nor if she could afford it. Yikes! Honestly, he was SO patient and kind. And really, really explained everything so clearly that when I had to make a decision, I was confident it was the right move. Also, he always had clever solutions to design changes or other engineering and understand innately how altering one element would effect other areas of a project. He takes the smallest changes and shows you the big picture. It felt really good to be in the hands of a true professional. He and his team are quick to respond and are just great to work with, it's that simple.”

After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. As a general contractor working on both commercial and residential projects, I need a versatile architect with the ability to provide solutions to various problems in addition to providing creative design concepts. Raymond is also cost sensitive to my client's specific needs. Raymond never overcommits, and I know he will complete a job on time the day he signs his contract. “Dave Piches was a perfect fit for my project. There are many reasons to hire an architect but mine could be reduced to one large factor; creativity. Being a contractor for the past 23 years, I'm not new the construction process and I have rather high expectations. Couple this aspect of the situation with the fact that for years I had attempted to draw the plans myself as part of a creative outlet but could not bring all of the aesthetics in place as a comprehensive whole which had any panache. After Dave met with me and my wife, he took the plans I provided along with the ideas we stated and created an entirely different design. At first my feelings were a bit hurt that none of what I supplied was used in the final design, but as I went through his plans that faded quickly. He heard everything we requested and then added "wow" which resulted in a fantastic design that intrigues all that visit. Every detail I had described and drawn was used but in ways I had not imagined. If creativity is the order of the day, you'll be in good hands with Dave Piches.”
