“I had an idea in my head of the extension I wanted for my house but no idea of how to organise anything to make it happen. Ralph was recommended by a friend and gently led me through the process. Ralph organised the surveyor, made lots of constructive suggestions, produced excellent drawings and very quickly secured planning permission for me. There was little for me to do except decide what design I wanted. Ralph Kent is a brilliant architect but it is all the product ideas he comes up with and his organising skills that get the job done.”

“We have recently completed a kitchen and utility extension with the support of Laura & the Pride Road team she helped us bring our dreams and ideas to life. The workshop was incredible useful and enabled us to work through our ideas, but equally show us a few different options with five potential designs for the project. Laura helped guide us through the process from the planning application and recommending a suitable and trustworthy builder. We are delighted with the completed project, which has transformed our home and created a positive daily living space. We will definitely use Laura and Pride Road again if we have a future project, she was incredibly professional and efficient and we would therefore recommend her to family and friends.”

“John took our ideas for a new kitchen extension and developed the plans and proposal so that we gained planning permission without any issues. John also attended the parish council planning meeting to ensure there were no issues at this stage. With his help and guidance a specification was developed from which we were able to have a number of contractors bid, going on to select one to complete the build. Although we knew exactly what we wanted out of this project we initially had trouble engaging builders before we started working with John, due to the unusual construction methods being used. With John’s expertise, advice and attention to detail on-board the project was completed and we have been enjoying the kitchen extension for the last six months.”

“I really recommend Supernatural Studio. My apartment was initially constructed in 1717 and is designated as a historical monument. John and Steph from Supernatural Studio were able to guide my partner and I through the process of renovating our interior, adding modern touches while maintaining the historic charm throughout the apartment. They were incredibly professional and had expertise with working with historical properties. I would definitely work with Supernatural Studio again.”

“An initial discussion with Ian Stanley convinced us that he would be the right person to help us 're-imagine' our 60's style flat-roof property into a stylish modern home with a low-pitched roof and free-flowing interior. Ian has not only created an elegant design - both exterior and interior - but has been instrumental at all planning and technical stages, making sure that the project has progressed unhindered. We have been particularly impressed by his ability to take our often very sketchy ideas and bring them to life. We are now in week 13 of a 21 week project and are very happy with progress and the results so far. We are also grateful to Ian for his many contributions along the way, helping us to select our builder, some key suppliers and also presenting ideas and suggestions for interior and exterior finishes and fittings. We have always found Ian to be polite, courteous and ever willing to help along the way - a very professional contribution that has been highly valuable at all stages of our project. His early guidance on budgets and timescales has also been shown to be extremely accurate. We plan to use Xspace again in the near future.”
