“Maria assisted us with our Grade II listed loft conversion. We were delighted with the quality of her work and attention to detail. She helped us through every stage of planning our loft conversion, from the initial designs to liaising with builder and structural engineers and producing our application for planning permission. We were impressed with the standard of her work, the speed at which she responded to our requests and the fact that she understood what we wanted from our loft conversion and was able to offer us practical and elegant solutions with the final design.”

“Mr Robertson was worth every penny! He was instrumental in guiding us through many hoops when it came to renovating our listed cottage. He was able to give us good ideas and took the heat out of all the overwhelming paperwork that was essential for the job. He liaised with Exmoor Park and was able to deal with any hiccups in a calm and professional way. He was always polite and explained things to us in layman terms when necessary. Mr Robertson worked to our finances and was always "on the case" as it were. Without him, the cottage would not look as stunning as it is today.”

“I am so pleased I asked Julie-Ann to design the refurbishment of my house. From the Dormer extension for the master bedroom suite, to redesigning the kitchen and dining room to make one big open plan room, to the ground floor shower room and utility and even redesigning the patio area, Julie-Ann and her team have through their knowledge, experience and attention to the smallest detail, given me a beautiful home. Julie-Ann and her team are lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. If you want an Architect who will design you something really special then In Ex Design is that company. “Porter Haworth Architectural Design was influential in conception and obtaining planning for our project. The Planning process can be tricky to navigate, Steve's experience and previous encounters with the council was pivotal in us obtaining our tricky planning approval. He will also test your resolve in ideas to make sure you know yourself, its actually what you want it to look like. The details you may miss or have not thought about, Steve has the skill set to high light and amend before it impacts the build. He also recommended other quality professionals to use completing the planning process. Our project was small but none was straight forward. Which Steve took in his stride, we are very grateful for his help and services.”

“I found NDM Architects on the Web and not as a consequence of a personal recommendation. They offered an hour's free consultation which proved very helpful and gave me confidence to instruct them. Their website was well laid out detailing exactly what their services included. This was supported by a detailed "step by step" letter of instruction with itemised costs for each step of work. Service was always prompt with most replies (phone and E mail) by return. They came up with design ideas we would not have thought of had we instructed a builder directly. I'm pleased I instructed them especially in dealing with paperwork for approvals of the District Council and recommending builders to undertake the works.Money well spent.”
