“After reviewing Direct Home Designs information on Houzz, I decided to contact Wendy. She promptly returned my call. We set up a meeting within the next couple of days to discuss new house plans. After sitting down with her and discussing my "wants" and my attempts to sketch the layout, I knew she was the perfect person to design our new home. She really listened to what we liked and didn't like. She asked questions on how our current house functioned. She brought up items we hadn't even thought about! Needless to say, our new house plans are wonderful. We will be breaking ground soon and I can't wait to post pictures so everyone can see how great Wendy's work is!”

“We hired Chrisopher to design a home with an in law suite that would suit not just my family but my extended family. His ability to translate concepts/ideas/preferences/thoughts into a well though out, practical, creative home design goes above and beyond anything we could have anticipated. We are simply awed time and time again by his almost instantaneous grasp of how to redesign a space in a matter of seconds into something even better than what we had envisioned. Simply put, architectual design is in Chris' DNA and it is reflected in the beauty and creativity of the homes and floor plan designs. Should we require home design services again in the future, we would not hesitate to engage Heritage/Chris and would recommend them to anyone looking to embark on the nebulous journey of home design.”

“I have worked with David for 10+ years and dozens of projects. He is the most creative and thorough architect I have ever known. From the early stages of design development through to the final touches of finishing the home, David's insight and attention to detail add tremendous value to the project.”

“Complete kitchen and living area remodel as well as master bedroom addition. Ellyn's timeless design helped us gain the full potential of our 50+ year old home. We have storage, open floor plan and flow which were lacking in the original home. Her idea of open shelving in our kitchen is one of my favorite features. Skylights in the master bathroom bring in natural light while maintaining privacy.”

“Purva Design Studio was amazing in the design and build-out of our office and showroom. It was a challenging project that required a full remodel and gut of the entire space. Her knowledge of both architecture and construction led us to work with her over some of the other design firms we had interviewed. We get many compliments from our customers, and have now referred her to many other companies and friends we know who had complex new builds and remodels. Additionally, after our office, the firm also did a large remodel for our house. Once again this was pretty complex, and their ability communicate with all the contractors and sub-contractors on our site helped save us a lot of money and time. Highly recommend!”

“It has been a pleasure working with Allen at Architecture Unlimited for the past year and I highly recommend his company. Allen has designed numerous remodels which have a high level of complexity, require very accurate drawings, and a creative touch. With each of these projects he has surpassed my expectations on all aspects. Allen is a great Architect to partner with and he listens to your clients needs to produce great drawings.”
Pam Chapman Architect

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars2 July 2013
“Pam Chapman helped us with a major residential remodel. This included taking about 3500 square feet of living space down to the studs, updating plumbing and electric, reconfiguring some of the rooms, and adding new sheetrock and finishes. The result was phenomenal. Pam thinks in three dimensions, so the finished spaces are both practical and pleasing. In addition to being creative, Pam is a genius with inches. If you think you can't possibly fit something in, she will find a way.”

“I have worked with Greg on several projects and have nothing but good experiences with him. He is easy to work with and communicates well. The thing that impresses me the most is that once he has finished the plans and collected his payment, he still cares about the project and will help problem solve. We had a customer request Greg's help on a second project because he was very happy working with Greg the first time around. I highly recommend GPF Architects for residential and commercial work.”

“I have known Bill Peck professionally since 2007. I have 35 years in the commercial construction and development business and hired Bill to design a house for our retirement that would be efficient using the latest methods that made financial sense. While I have been building LEED Certified buildings for the government, I knew a lot of the green building technology does not have a payback time line that would benefit me or my wife at this point in our lives. We picked a plan that Bill debuted in 2007 as a zero energy home. We particularly liked the informal layout and the one large living, dining, kitchen area design. We owned a lot with some challenges, but Bill and his team were able to make the changes we desired and fit the house on our lot. William Peck and Associates provided guidance when needed but accommodated our requests with enthusiasm and keep my commercial slanted design requests to a minimum. The Design Review committee at the local township threw several obstacles into the process, and both Bill and Brad worked through theses issues with professionalism. We finally after three months of plan review, obtained a permit in early March 2014. We moved in at the end of October 2014. We could not be happier with the service provided and the added value we feel having a design professional brought to the project. Jim & Sarah McElroy”
