I dont hesitate to think of new projects for Sandy -every year- as I have been doing for over 10 years..... and although she is on one side of the country she still fits the "Californian's" into her schedule. I dont select projects base on costs but have always found her to be reasonable. I also believe her followup is extraordinary. Cant say enough! A true true gem.
